Our client purchased this home and looked into moving in and renovating whilst living in. Upon inspecting its conditions, we decided to swiftly proceed with a staged process to provide the family a liveable space in Phase One. After settling in, we can proceed with Phase Two where the facade will be give a modern Victorian face lift and an extension to provide ample gathering spaces for the family.

We are hoping to utilise the home’s perfect position to the north sun to our advantage combined with SIPS for an energy efficient space to the extension. A sustainable timber, Accoya will clad the facade.
