Pre-concept consultation

  • Meeting with client to establish scope of works and design direction.

  • Site visit and measure of proposed tenancy.

  • Provide initial advice on building regulations and design opportunities.


Concept | Schematic Design

  • Space planning to establish proposed layout incorporating existing conditions to remain.

  • Preparation of concept mood boards, finishes, fixtures and furniture direction.

  • Liaise with authorities and branding designer as required upon client approval.

  • Engage certifier, services consultant and structural engineer as required (additional fees apply).


Design Development

  • Further development of spatial design and design elements to encapsulate client's goals, brand and values, and site restrictions.

  • Preparation of detailed internal layouts and key elevations inline with building codes and standards.

  • Preparation of proposed design in 3D and walkthrough.

  • Finalise equipment, materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting and furniture selection.


Contract Documentation

  • Preparation of drawings, specifications and schedules required for pricing/ construction and certification.

  • Incorporate changes requested by certifier for Construction Issue set to achieve Building Permit.

  • Issue pricing package for pricing to nominated builder upon client approval.


Project Administration

  • Hold kick-off meeting with all necessary parties on site.

  • Attend fortnightly site visits throughout construction period.

  • Respond to RFIs as submitted by builder complete with clear instructions and supplementary details throughout construction period
