“Shiny”, the only adjective our client threw at us. Hence, we decisively established the path of luxury for the design and user experience, away from the expected earthiness. This is in line with our client’s ethos to provide visitors with refined experiences. In addition to that, they wanted the space to reflect their therapists and staffs’ capabilities.
