Townhouse Facade Facelift

These townhouses were part of the development at Kensington Banks in the 90s. Its 17 year clause for the facade to remain as is has lapsed. As such, owners of this set of townhouses were interested in modernising their facade.

Tones of greys and linear metalwork are introduced to provide the contemporary look our clients were after. Recycled bricks are also proposed to bring warmth and character to the street.
